The Deluxe Suite King offered spacious rooms with beautiful city views. the AC unit above the bed was noisy.

The check-in time at 3pm leaves little room for early arrivals, forcing guests to wait several hours. The unpleasant sewage smell from the bathroom can really dampen your mood, even with efforts like scented candles. Air conditioning units located above the beds make for a noisy environment and potential headaches. the inconsistent quality of housekeeping across different floors raises concerns, with some rooms lacking basic necessities like towels. Breakfast options may be limited, and there is a noticeable lack of plates and cups at times, making the dining experience a bit chaotic.

Unfortunately, service issues arose, such as a delay in resolving a non-working kettle and inconsistencies in responding to requests for extra pillows. being locked out of the room over a small bill created an uncomfortable experience.

A lovely hotel within close proximity to Patong beach, perfect for a quieter stay away from the bustling streets. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a fantastic pool area. the pool lacks sunlight and the shower pressure could be better.

Had a great time staying in a spacious Family Suite, City View for 6 nights! Check-in was quick, and the staff was professional and welcoming. The location was fantastic, close to the beach, and the pool area was clean. Breakfast had a variety of options that suited everyone in our family.
