The location is pretty decent, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops, which is super convenient. I enjoyed the spacious room and the air con worked like a charm. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good too, with plenty of choices to fuel my day.

My experience was marred by some issues. The room had a leak, and the noise from the corridor was super annoying - definitely not soundproof! Plus, I had to voice my concerns multiple times before they actually moved me to another room at 1:30 am. could've been much better.

It was really nice 4-star hotel as stated in the description. There were a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning, and an individual safe in the rooms, which made them reasonably spacious. Our stay was very lovely, and the entire staff were pleasant and very good. The location was great and perfect to the nightlife and met the purpose. Thoroughly enjoyed that food was appetising...

The staff was horrible.

Had a safe box, a minibar, and coffee/tea making machines in my double room. It overlooked city and had a comfy bed. The location of the property was convenient, to the nightlife & even less to the beach.

The Beautiful Suite King offered spacious rooms with beautiful city views. The AC unit above the bed was noisy.

we recently stayed at the bauman and had a wonderful experience. the location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by shops and local eateries. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and although we encountered a minor leak that required a room change, the staff handled it well, and we felt well taken care of. the pool was impressive, and the breakfast options were good.

The location was convenient for exploring the area, although the furniture felt a bit old and the shower drain was sluggish. I'd recommend this hotel.

The unpleasant sewage smell from the bathroom can really dampen your mood, even with efforts like scented candles. Air conditioning units located above the beds make for a noisy environment and potential headaches. The inconsistent quality of housekeeping across different floors raises concerns, with some rooms lacking basic necessities like towels. Breakfast options may be limited, and there is a noticeable lack of plates and cups at times.

The location, just a 10-minute stroll to Patong Beach, was ideal for relaxing family outings. The spacious rooms, along with the fabulous pool and spa, made our trip enjoyable. The staff, especially Nadia, were like family, ensuring our 12-day stay was comfortable. Cleanliness was perfect, and the food was delicious—perfect for capturing beautiful photos! Highly recommend for families!

We had a spacious family suite. The kids loved the pool area, especially those spa jets, seemed like they were in some fancy water park.

It wasn't pricey but for the experience, it's still acceptable.

Large rooms with modern decor and comfortable furnishings are definite highlights. The pool area is inviting, especially with attentive bar staff offering a variety of cocktails. Unfortunately, service issues arose, such as a delay in resolving a non-working kettle and inconsistencies in responding to requests for extra pillows. Being locked out of the room over a small bill created an uncomfortable experience.

A lovely hotel within close proximity to Patong beach, perfect for a quieter stay away from the bustling streets. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a fantastic pool area. The pool lacks sunlight and the shower pressure could be better.
